Ware Developments is part of Ware Group which also includes The Joinery Barn and Ware Construction.
Ware Developments first plot of land was acquired in 2017 where a single, new build house in Bampton, Somerset was built and sold to a local family.
Since then, Ware Developments have acquired and completed a variety of different projects including four detached houses in Carhampton and two detached houses in Brushford, Somerset.
The most recent developments completed includes a bespoke 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom barn conversion within the countryside village of Shillingford. The property has fantastic rural views and includes numerous modern developments such as air source heating. The two 4 bedroom detached family homes sited on North Hill, behind St Peters Church of Minehead also incorporate air source pumps within these modern, eco- friendly homes. These properties were developed with the guidance of local, quality surveyors and architects to allow the best possible allocation of knowledge and resources. Local materials were used throughout these builds where possible, these being finished with high quality fixtures and fittings throughout.
In the spring of 2021 Ware Developments acquired the Old School House at Periton Mead in Minehead, Somerset. This new, high specification development situated on a site of just 4 acres is planned to include 17 new build homes of varying styles and budgets. The conversion of the Old School House building into 14 flats is the second stage of the building plans which will commence after the fabrication of the new builds nears completion. With an aim of adopting the traditional style of original Periton Mead School building, we have incorporated contemporary designs and developments, bringing all together to blend into the beautiful surroundings of the site.
This development was started in the spring of 2022, a number of properties are now on the market for sale with the rest of the new build properties scheduled to be completed in the future months.
