PORLOCK
Ware Construction was appointed by a private client to demolish an existing property at the foot of Porlock Hill and build in its place a modern single storey residence.
This recently completed 'Grand Designs-esque' home was completed by the Ware Construction team to a high standard and has a super-modern feel throughout.
We arrived on site to demolish the existing house which was around 40 years old and then excavate a level plot for the creation of this single storey home.
Under the direction of architect Daniel Bär of Scenic Lets Ltd, our Contracts Manager and team took over the site.
The tight nature of the site provided some challenges but these were overcome and the end result is a stunning, modern property with a minimalist feel which enjoys far reaching views over the surrounding coast and countryside.
We recently had the opportunity to re-visit the project to see the finished landscaping, we hope you like it as much as we do.
