This interesting project arrived in early 2020 just as Covid arrived, and as a result left the village of Exford with no local shop due to the renovations required.

 

Ware Construction were instructed by the local partners to undertake all the internal renovations and also all the external works including substantial re-roofing works and the fitting of new timber windows to the existing casements to the front of the shop.

The work to this much loved shop was managed and successfully completed by our Contracts Manager, Tim Berks.
